Conductor Jones Dead.

News has been received here, by telegraph, of the death Monday, of Alexander S. Jones, who was the first conductor on the old narrow guage railroad, and will be remembered by all our older residents. His death occurred at Washington Court House, Ohio, and resulted from a stroke of paralysis. The funeral will be held Wednesday. While a resident of Rensselaer he became a member of Prairie Lodge of Masons, and retained his membership until his death.
