A New Flag Raised.

A new flag was raised on the court house Tuesday morning to replace the one which has been flying ever since the outbreak of the Spanish war. The new flag is a good one, of bunting and is 15 by 30 feet in size. It costs s2l and was paid for by a subscription taken several months ago. It is some larger than the one it replaces. That one was bought by the Gen. Van Rensselaer Chapter, D. of A. R., and having been flying constantly for nearly six months, was very badly worn aud tattered.
