After School House Vandals.

Monticello Herald. Trustee Wood of Monon township has set about stopping the vandalism so often practiced upon country school houses by young men and boys who delight to smash windows and deface and destroy property under cover of the night. Three of these vandals living near Francesville were trapped last week and made to cough up $5.50 each for breaking some windows in the Wilson school house north of Monon. A good many other trustees would like to have the ’Squire’s luck in running down such miscreants.
