Notice of Settlement. Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned, as administrator of the estate of Robert P. Fhillilps, deceased, has this day filed in the office of the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, his account in final settlemen’. with the estate of said decedent, and that the samewill be heard bv the Jaeper Circuit Court, on Monday, the 17th dav of October. 1898, the same being the first judicial day of the October term, 1898, of said Court.
