Illinois Si lowa Railway Company of the state of Indlnna, and will authorize, consent to and approve of such Agreement or Articles of Consolidation between said Companies as shall be submitted to said meeting: and for the pur. pose of considering, voting, and deciding whether the stockholders, in authorizing such consolidation, and as stockholders of the Indiana.
