Perry Hull Wanted Out.

Thompson lmd a habeas corpus case before him this morning. Perry Hull, in jail.for steal ing James McDonald’s horses, sought to get his liberty by that process. His claim was that detention was illegal because of alleged irregularity in the proceedings in the justice’s court when he was bound over. The court heard the evidence and the arguments, and then decided that the justice’s proceedings were regular enough for all practical purposes, and Hull was ordered
