Well Known Citizen Insane.

Clarence B. Travis, a well known and much respected resident of Marion Township, was examined Tuesday afternoon, as to his sanity. The examination was conducted by Justices Burnham and Churchill, with Dr. Berkley as attending and Dr. Moore as consulting physicians. Ml Travis lives about 2 or 3 miles south of Rensselaer and is a well known and much respected citizen. He has hallucinations and delusions of various kinds, fancies people are trying to do him injury, &c. He is restless and sleeoless, and very excitable. His trouble has been growing for nearly a year, and has now reached a very serious stage. He was adjudged insane and application has been made for his reception at Longcliff asylum.
