Newton. Mass., July 28. —Airs. Albert Bowker, lor 22 years president of the woman's board of missions, died at her home here Wednesday. Mrs. Bowker was the originator of the society of which she whs president and which was the first denominational organization specially formed for woman's foreign missionary work.
