Death of Mrs. Nancy Brown.

Mrs. Nancy J. Brown died Sunday, at her home in Newton township, on the Newton county line, and near Mt. Ayr. None of the particulars have been received. Her age was about 68 years, and she leaves three sons and three daughters. The sons are John N., Jesse and Alpha Brown. The first named lives near Aix, the latter two on or near the home places. One of the daughters, Mrs. Charles Elijah, lives in the same neighborhood The other two near Morocco. Her husband, Nelson Brown, was killed by a railroad or street car accident, in Chicago, many years ago. She has one relative in Rensselaer, being a cousin of Philip Blue. The funeral was held today, and burial made at North Star cemetery, in Newton county.
