Milwaukee, July 21.—The Danly News says: Milwaukee capital will clean up young Joe Leiter's wheat deal losses, and Levi Z. Leiter has now practically closed the contract which he has been negotiating with the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance company for the loan of $3,000,000 on his real estate. Mr. Leiter has been arranging this mattter with the company for some time —in fact, Almost ever since the end of his son's unsuccessful wheat venture.
