Big Steamer Launched.

Wyandotte, Mich., July 21.—At the Wyandotte yard of the Detroit Dry Dock company Wednesday the hull of the steel steamer Troy was launched.

She Is 402 feet long, of 2,4f)0 tons and the largest package freighter pn the lakes. The Western Transit company, is the owner of this new mammoth. It is expected she will have her machinery in and be ready for business in six weeks. -.
