Movement on Foot at Port Tampa, Fla., to Present the Spanlsn Admiral within Home. Port Tampa, Fla., July 19.—A movement was started here to present Admiral Cervera a home on Tampa bay, in recognition of his humane and chivalric treatment of Hobson and crew and a desire to save him from insult and possible death should he return to Spain. Atlanta, (la., July 19. —Gen. John B. Gordon was shown the Tampa dispatch regarding the proffer to Cervera of a home on Tampa bay, at his residence in Kirkwood. The general said: “If Admiral Cervera would like to become an American citizen 1 am sure the south and the whole country would welcome such a brave and honorable man.”
