Valparaiso Vidette: Frank Folsom, of Hebron, has filed suit in the Jasper circuit court against Nelson Morris, of Chicago, forss,ooo damages. Morris had Folsom arrested for grand larceny. Folsom laid in jail thirty days, and when the trial was called he was acquitted of the charge. He now sues for false imprisonment.
