Springfield, 111., July 12.—Gov. Tanner. Secretary of State Rose and State Auditor McCulloch left at midnight on a special car over the Illinois Central railroad for Chickamauga Park, (la., Jacksonville. Fla., and (’amp Alger, Washington, to visit tin l Illinois troops at those points. They will be absent two weeks.
