Norwegian Bark Captured.

New York. July 12.—A special to the Journal from Playa del Este, dated Sunday, says that the Norwegian freight steamer Bratton was captured on that day by the Brooklyn. She had on board a cargo of supplies for Santiago sent by merchants nt Kingston and Tort Antonio on speculation. She was tied up until the fleet enters Santiago.
