Lumber Burned.

Pentwater, Mich., July 11. —After 15 hours of fierce fighting a fire which broke out in the Sands* Maxwell Lumber company’s yards Saturday morning was gotten under control, and the losses are confined entirely to the Sands & Maxwell Lumber company. A conservative estimate places the total loss at 8,000,000 feet of lumber, valued at about SBO,OOO.
