Washington, July 11.—The business meeting of the National Educational association was held Saturday at ’the Grand opera house, where there was a large attendance of ihose interested in the-fiscal and general operations of the association. E. Oram Lyte, of Millersville, Pa., was elected president; Irwin Shepard, of Winona. Minn., secretary; T. C. McNeill, of West Superior, Wis., treasurer.
