Mrs. Eader and children of Danville, 111., has been visiting her brothers Lew and Will Tanner. Mr. Whitaker and wife of Wheatfield are visiting their granddaughter Mrs. Gasper. ■» Mrs. Freeman entertained a number of women from Francesville last Thursday namely: Mesdames Mallon, Joues, Barker, Sharrer, Tillett, Priest, Bachtenkercher, Clark, Prewett and Applegate. Sevend women went to Rensselaer last Thursday to spend the day with Mrs. R. B. Harris. Miss May Burgett has been unable to teach musin for two weeks on aceount of measels. Roy Downey and Mr. Moore of Lafayette, spent Sunday evening with friends here. Paris Robinson of Gillam, Sundayed wish Mr. Freeman's. Barkley people spent a very dry fourth in Rensselaer this yaar. Joe Tanner went to Remington the 4th.
