The Perpetual Light Fraud.

S. B. Nickum, of Logansport, did not exhibit his alleged perpetual light on the Fourth, ns he had promised, and it is now stated that he refuses to explain why he did not. Our view of the failure is that he has no perpetual light to exhibit. In the meantime his backers are pouring in their money, Nickum keeps selling county rights to handle his lights, keens buying new machinery, has hired another stenographer, etc., etc. Evidently it is a Keeley motor fake over again under a new name. He was always on the verge of exhibiting his great discovery, and he kept his dupes ladling out the money to him for a quarter of a century.
