An Accident at Fair Oaks.

a serious accident occurred at Fair Oaks in the Fourth. During one of the horse races, a horse ridden by Elias Brockus shied and fell over a brush h*jhp. Brockus was thrown against a tree. Ho whs badly bruised on the neck and other places, aud one leg broken. It was not certain also that he did not sustain serious internal injuries.
