The Circuit Court.

Court adjourned Saturday until the next regular term in October. One more divorce case was disposed of, or rather a suit for the annullment of a marriage. The plaintiff, Alfretta De Witte claimed that she married Harvey DeWitte Aug. Brd, 1890, when she was only a little over 14 years old and incapable by law of entering thermarri age relation. She lived with her husband until the following October, when he forsook and abandoned her, and they have never lived together since. The marriage was annulled and the plaintiff given back her maiden name Alfretta Cooper.
