Want a Chance to Fight.

Washington, June 21. —Advices received at the Cuban legation in this city state that 250 exiled Cubans in Costa Rico, who are anxious to fight for the deliverance of their native country, have petitioned William L. Merry, the envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary of the United States to that country, asking to be allowed to enlist as United States volunteers in the army to fight against Spain. (
