Coping Wall Dug Up.
The County Commissioners came in this morning and after examining the foundation wall under the stone coping around the court house yard, decided that the wall was not according to specifications, on account of the quality of mortar. The sub-contractors contended the mortar was all right, but it has finally been agreed that the wall shall be dug up, on the east, west and north sides, and relaid in cement. The south wall will be left as the sidewalk has been built against the coping. The contractors will be paid extra for laying the wall in cement, that not having been called for in the original contract
