Jerseyville, 111,, May 12.—W. H. Rinrichsen has lost the nomination for reelection to congress. The democrat! l ) convention for this, the Sixteenth, district came to an end Wednesday night with the three hundred and seventyfourth ballot. W. E. Williams, of Pike county, was nominated after one of the most stubborn fights ever known in thia district.
