Thursday’a Dally: An injunction proceeding from Benton county is being heard by Judge Thompson, in chambers, this afternoon. Antone Oster wants to enjoin George Broe from proceeding under a former judgement, in a ditch case. Otto Gresham, of Chicago, son of the late Walter Q. Gresham, is attorney for Oster, and Daniel Fraser and Wallace Snyder of Fowler, appear for Broe.
