Weekly Crop Bulletin.
NORTHERN INDIANA. Cool weather and frequent rains were beneficial to all growing crops, but retarded planting corn. Light frosts formed on Thursday but did no injury. Wheat is in excellent condition; in most fields in Carroll County it is from 18 to 24 inches high. The rains did
much good to oats; they are doing well, but coming on only slowing because of the cool weather. Meadows, pasturage and clover were helped much by/the needed rain and are fresh losing and green. Potatoes are up slowly but well. The mapy fields of vegetables are growaag sins. ; (xardening has be|n retailed and truck advanp&s only slowly. Fruit trees are all thickly covered with bloom and propose a large crop. Strawberries 'Juul grapes are coming in blocmi. Sheep shearing has ended- Jn Kosciusko County. Pasturage' is splendid and cattle growingjal onst.
