Sacramento, Cal., Muy o.—Grlffo, the Australian pugilist, was on Thursday held to answer to the charge of manslaughter by Justice Henry, for having onused the death of Joe Devitt, alias Hull McCarthy, at the Sacramento Athletic chib’s entertainment last week. Grlffo’s sceonds were discharged from custody.
