ITALIAN BREAD RIOTS.

Belief That Fally Thirty Persons Have lleeu Killed—Troops Under Arms. Rome, May s.—Bread riots have broken out at Molfa, in the province of that name, and seven persons have been killed and 60 wounded. Owing to the government stopping the news it is impossible to ascertain the exact number of the killed in the riots, but it is believed the number already reaches 30. Gen. Pelloux, the minister of war, has permission to proclaim a state of siege if necessary. Forty thousand men have been called under arms to reinforce the garrisons.
