Fremont, 0., April 88. —Capt. U. G. Stahl, late of the Third Ohio cavalry, and who is an expert swordsman, has sent a challenge to Lieut. Carranza, of the ex-Spanish legation, to fight a duel in place of Fitahugh Lee and Capt. Slgibee, who have already been challenged by Carransa.
