Detroit, Mich., April 25. —Commander Gilbert Wilkes, of the Michigan naval militia, has received orders to proceed at once to Norfolk, Vs., with hi* command. After a conference with hi* commissioned officer*, Lieut. Commander Wilke* announced that hl* division would be ready to proceed to Norfolk within three day*.
