German Press Blames Us.

Berlin, April 22. —The German press continues to blame America. The Kolnische Zeltung declares that the American plea of humanity is put out of court by the declaration of war. It believes that “a conflict between the United States anti Spain will probably involve greater bloodshed than has been caused by the Cuban rebellion.”
