Wisconsin Is Ready.

Madison, Win., April 22. Adjt. Gen. C. R. Boardman, of the national guard. Issued a call to the captains of all the companies of the Wisconsin national guard for the purpose of ascertaining how many of the members could be cotinted upon in case of war. He has received replies from nearly every part of ths state, which Indicate that a full complement of the state troops will be ready to move on short notice. The state militia numbers 2,600 officers ami men.
