Mail Bag Stolen.

St. Louis, April 23.—A moil bag caasigned to J. M. Hammil. attorney for the Louisville A- Nashville rottd at Belleville, 111., was stolen from an express wagon in Belleville Friday. The bag is said to have contained letters, official documents and a registered letter rn which was several drafts for almost $30,000. These drafts were for the purpose of paying the taxes of Hie Louisville & Nashville railroad in St. Clair, Washington, Saline and White counties.
