PRAIRIES ABLAZE.
Great Losses of Live Stock Reported— Flames Sweep Over Entire Rosebud Indian Reservation. Chamberlain, 8. D., April 23.—Partias arriving from White river bring details of a disastrous prairie fire which swept over practically the whole of ths Rosebud Indian reservation, destroying hundreds if not thousands of head of cattle md horses. So far as known no Indians lost their lives. The fire swept over the greater part of a region 80 miles long and 60 wide, extending to the Nebraska line.
