Captain Chas. H. Price.
The Middlesborough, Ky., Evening News of Monday, brings the intelligence that a new militia company was being rapidly enlisted there, to succeed a former company, which had disbanded. The new company is being formed for the express purpose of taking part in the war with Spain, and the enlistment papers states that in ease their services are not called on, for that purpose, that they will be dismissed and not have to serve the three years. Our former townsman, and excounty clerk, Charles 11. Price, was the first man to enlist and the News states he will bo captain of the company.
