Denies Rumors of Armistiec.

Washington, April 16. Mr. Quesada, the representative here of the Cuban insurgent*, said in regard to the London stock exchange rumors of an armistice having been agreed to by the Cuban insurgents that there had been no such agreement and that these reports were circulated only for the purpose of delaying action by the United States.
