Powder Mills Explode.

Heading, Pa., April 14. —The Miller powder works in Sumneytown, Montgomery county, exploded Wednesday. All the buildings connected with the works were simply wiped from the face of the earth, and nearly every building in and around Sumneytown was more or less damaged. It is reported that the amount of black powder exploded was 20,000 pounds. No one was injured.
