Colored Troops Go South.
St. Paul, Minn., April 13. —The Twen-ty-fifth infantry, U. S. A., passed through St. Paul Tuesday en route to Chattanooga. The enlisted men are all colored and are the pick out of some 5,000,000 adult colored men in the country. They are a fine-looking army, nearly all The regimental and commissioned company officers are all white, most of whom saw service in the civil war.
