Heavy Loss by Fire.

Dayton, 01, April 13. —A fire broke out in the village of Osborne, ten miles from this city. Tuesday, and only the prompt assistance of the Dayton fire department saved the village from fota' destruction. The .total loss is about $20,000, chiefly to business houses.
