Tragedy in Wisconsin.

Seymour, Wts., April 12.—Alfonso Elkey •hot his wife Monday, firing three shots, one in the hand, mouth ami heart. She was killed instantly. Elkey then shot himself In the breast, inflicting a flesh wound. He will recover. The shooting was the result of a quarrel.
