Steamships Withdrawn.

New York, April 6. —At the office of the Lone Star Steamship company it was said Tuesday that owing to the unsettled condition of affairs between this country and Spain it had been definitely determined to withdraw the steamships Miami, Menemsha, Matteawan and Merrimac from the southern trade.
