Inheritance Tax Case Decision

Des Moines, la., April 7. The supreme court, in the collateral Inheritance tax case from Scott county, affirms the decision of the lower court that the exemption of a thousand dollars, net value, is not applicable to individual heirs on the tax of five per cent, on market value of property of Secedents dying intestate.
