Rumor of a Massacre.

Havana, via Key West, Fla., April 7. Over 200 reconcentrados who left Havana to renew their labors in the country, availing themselves of the decree of Gen. Blanco, have been massacred by the Spanish troops near Guinea. The fact is absolutely true. The details, which have arrived only a few mixites before the steamer leaves for Key West, are terrible.
