Taft’s decision in the Clover Leaf railway litigation finds $12,028,5(X) to be due on first mortgage bonds, and orders the sale of the road, the time of which is not fixed, at an upset price of $7,500,000, ITiram D. Peck and William A. Van Buren, of Indianapolis, are special masters to conduct the sa'e.
