Charlotte, N. C., April 4.—Fire at Rock Hill, 9. C., Sunday morning destroyed 12 buildings, involving a loss of $250,000, upon which there was an Insurance of $150,000, distributed in 16 companies. The.origln is yet a matter of speculation.
