BARKLEY. Miss Cecil Brown spent Sunday in Rensselaer. But few farmers are sowing oats yet on account of too much rain. Ida Omer after missing one week of school is again able to teach. Most all schools in this township are closed. Nellie Nichols is slowly recovering from her late sickness. Hog cholera is again raging, farmers look out for your hogs. Farmers are anxious for grass to come as feed is getting very scarce.
