Me<laryvUle Advertiser: Mr William Archer and Miss Clara Spriggs were married last Saturday afternoon, 4:30 p. m., at the home of Mr. Joel Spriggs, several miles west of town, that gentleman tying the nuptial 'knot. The contracting parties are - well and favorably known in this town and vicinity* odunting their friends by the scores. Mrs. Archer is the accomplished niece of Mr. Joel Spriggs and the groom is the well known son of Aaron Archer of this town. They left Thursday for Kniuian which place they will rnuke their home for the present. May their pathway through life be stewn with roses without the thorns, is our wish.
