The Legend of the Starfish. Many many years ago there was great trouble among the stars. The stars had always been peaceful, but a new star was born, who made great trouble among the other stars. Ho belonged to the fish family and did not like to stay there with. them. The other stars were patient with the foolish star, but at last they told him if he did not behave himself they would send him away. The Queen Lady of the fish stars said he must go away. They gave him a year to improve. He did not do any better so lie had to fall down to earth and the ©louds hid the other stars, so the young star had to go through the dark. Because he had always despised the family of fishes lie became a starfish. They can often be seen at the side of the ocean, looking up to the old home, and that is the way the starfish came.
