Obituary.

Medaryville Advertiser: Mrs. Kitty Mitchell, widow of John Mitchell, was born in Pulaski county, April 29, 1855, and died at her homo northwest of Medaryville, March 15, 1898, aged 42 years, 10 months and 16 days. About 17 months ago her husband died of consumption and it is thought that while in attendance upon him she contracted the same fatal disease. For many years she was a member of the M. E. church and died in the hope of eternal life. A family of two girls and four boys are left orphans, The funeral took place Wednesday at Independence, services conducted by Rev. J. L. Greenway, after which the remains were laid to rest by the side of her husband.
