“Commis sinners court” is the heading a Delphi paper puts over the proceedings of their commissioners. Thnt is not quite the sumo as common sinners but near enough for all purposes. Over in Newton county a paper speaks of some parties being ‘ insulated” into some lodge. The same paper announces the play of Damon and Phytliises,” as a coming event. That reporter must have stayed pretty late at the “lodge” himself, before he wrote those items.
